The Cadde Team
Following a number of years as finance director for a family retail business, Paul became a financial adviser in 1985 and has developed a reputation for the depth of his experience and wisdom. He specialises in Wealth Protection and loves working with people to understand their personal financial position, then helping them achieve exactly what they need.
As well as working with clients, Paul also regularly trains other financial advisers from across the whole of the UK and is frequently used as a source of knowledge and advice within the industry.
When he’s not working, Paul loves to be on the water and has also been known to fly a spitfire (not in the war!!).
With a career that started in banking with Lloyds, Peter became a financial adviser in 1990 and built experience in sales and sales management at both Lloyds and Santander in the following years.
Using his experience from retail banking, Peter has specialised in Wealth Management, helping clients to create, protect and grow their wealth over a number of years with personalised pensions and investments advice. He really enjoys working with people in this way to help them achieve their financial goals.
Peter lives with his partner and their two children and still finds time to enjoy sailing, act as a school governor even help as a Beaver leader with the Scouts.
Paul has been in financial services for eight years and worked in his father’s financial planning business before moving to Cadde Wealth as a Financial Adviser. He was pleased to join Cadde, where we recognise the importance of appropriate trusts to ensure that what you want in the future actually happens.
Focusing on Wealth Protection, Paul enjoys the challenge of helping clients with more complex financial positions, particularly when it comes to estate and pension planning.
Paul lives with his partner and their son.
Equity Release Specialist
Steven has also been in financial services since 1985, building up experience across a range of different roles. In 1999 he led the team that created a range of Equity Release products for the market-leading provider, Aviva and has been involved in over £1.5BN of Equity Release lending since that time.
Wanting a change from corporate governance, Steven went on to become a financial adviser so that he could help people on a more personal level. Specialising in Equity Release, he enjoys sitting down with clients in their home and helping them to understand they’re in a much better position than they thought they were.
Steven is married with three children between the ages of 16 and 20 at school, military college and university respectively, so he keeps pretty busy!
Senior Technical Manager
Graham has worked alongside Paul Cadde since the very beginning and has an in-depth knowledge of what can be done to achieve the financial plans you require. In addition to supporting the advisers with technical research, analysis and planning reports, he actually creates solutions too where appropriate.
As a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians, it’s no surprise that Graham fulfills an invaluable role in ensuring you achieve your financial goals in the most tax-efficient way possible.
Graham is also authorised by the home office to officiate at weddings and typically marries twice a year … his wife does know!
Senior Client Services Manager
Wyn has been in the industry for nearly 50 years and has worked with Paul Cadde for more than 20 of those years! It’s fair to say that what he doesn’t know about financial planning is not worth knowing.
Liaising with clients on a daily basis, Wyn manages our communications, setting up reviews when appropriate, ensuring that investment portfolios are set up as agreed and keeping a watchful eye on the performance of those portfolios so that he can let you know when any action needs to be taken.
Wyn is a massive cricket fan and will be watching it whenever he has the opportunity. For his sins, he supports Glamorgan!
Client Services Manager
Extremely organised and versatile, Kim has worked with Paul Cadde since 1985, slotting into many different roles over that period as the needs of the business have changed. She has played a vital part in administration, project management and accounts, always applying her attention to detail to ensure that clients are getting what they need.
Kim is now closely supporting Wyn, making sure that you hear from us as and when you should and that everything is in place for you to achieve your financial plans.
Committed to looking after her daughter’s horses, Kim probably does an extra day’s work every week at the stables!
